Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 8 ounces of warm water. Spray the mixture inside your nose with a bulb syringe. Tilt your head back and hold for 10-15 seconds and repeat. Do on both sides. Dilute with more water if it burns.
